Wimbledon Cupcakes

Tennis was the theme for these Wimbledon inspired cupcakes. The image below features a sample from the batch that were served with strawberries. The cupcake itself was a classic Victoria sponge cupcake filled with strawberry jam and topped with vanilla buttercream. The decorative fondant was then made to sit on top.
